I called rays and they couldn't have been more helpful, I was happy to take a refund on the extra chicken breast, unfortunately the just eat app wouldn't allow this. The person who answered the phone asked if it was okay to send out a replacement double burger, it arrived within 15 minutes and they gave me some complimentary chicken strips and took the time to write sorry on the box with a smiley face. “ Popped in with my girlfriend and we ate a small meal of 2pcs, fries, beverage. I had the 3 strips, fries and beverage. We ate this while we waited for the wraps to be prepared. The chicken was far tastier here than in KFC and the fries were piping hot, crunchy, tasty and made to order. When we got our wraps (large naga large sizzler, both no mayo) we were pleasently surprised by how big and packed with meat they were. The naga wrap was our favorite... But I'd like to see a hotter version available - We had to add some sliced scotch bonnet peppers. I'm looking forward to another large naga wrap without mayo again soon!! ”
